Hitting Plyo Balls

• INCREASE EXIT VELOCITY – Our 10oz balls teach hitters how to properly "brace" at impact. Effectively bracing means flexing your core and essentially your entire body at impact. Hitting a ball twice the weight of a baseball will make hitters strong at the point of contact which will increase strength and ability to hit the ball hard. 

• IMPROVE BARREL CONTROL – Our soft-shell balls force hitters to square up the baseball. If a hitter is too steep or choppy with their swing and can't properly strike the ball it'll show. Mishits will often have a loopy trajectory, flutter off the bat and not travel far.

• SIMULATE HIGH VELOCITY - When facing high-velocity, hitters often experience a sensation of increased weight upon contact. This occurs due to the ball's velocity exceeding the hitter's accustomed speed, which can occasionally push the bat barrel backward slightly during contact. Our plyo balls, when used in soft toss, effectively mimic this 'heavy' sensation, making them an ideal tool to improve contact point strength and preparing for high-speed pitching.

• REALISTIC - Our white plyo balls featuring seams provide the most realistic look and feel to that of a standard baseball. Making the transition from hitting our plyo balls to regular baseballs as seamless as possible.
